Since 2004, new sections have been added to the Act respecting labour standards (R.S.Q., c. N-1.1) regarding psychological harassment, which provide, in particular, for an employee’s right to a work environment free from harassment. The organization has the obligation to deploy concrete measures to prevent psychological harassment situations within the business. Developed in partnership with well-known lawyers specializing in labour law at Fasken Martineau, this training deals with the laws and regulations in force and presents the steps to follow for effective drafting of a policy to prevent psychological harassment.
