TRAINING description

Since 2004, Bill C-21 amending the Criminal Code of Canada facilitates prosecution of organizations and individuals who neglect occupational health and safety. The law makes them accountable when acts of negligence result in serious injury or death. Developed in partnership with well-known lawyers specializing in labour law at Fasken Martineau, this training lets you know the rights and obligations of workers and employers in occupational health and safety, at both the provincial and federal levels, and to know the penalties to which they are exposed in case of non-compliance with their obligations.
