TRAINING description

The COVID-19 pandemic will significantly affect the habits of businesses in terms of occupational health and safety. With the return to work of several employees, it is important to recall the essential basic principles of OSH as well as the rights and obligations of workers and employers. Also, workplace health will be essential in order to ensure a safe work environment and thus prevent the spread of disease. This training presents general guidelines related to food safety.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
  • Understand the rights and obligations of the worker and the employer in matters of health and safety;
  • Know what to do in the event of an accident or illness at work; to know certain basic principles in OSH;
  • To know the techniques of hand washing, to know the general techniques of cleaning and disinfection of his work station;
